Delete your StudentHub account & data

This page explains how to delete your StudentHub account and the personal data associated with it. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open StudentHub and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Open Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deactivated and your personal data is erased/anonymized immediately.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@senerdag.site with the subject “Delete my StudentHub account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, date of birth, profile photo and account credentials.
Your roommate card, its photos, likes/matches, and any blocks.
Your Neptun identity summary, and detailed academic data (which is stored on your own device and removed when you sign out / disconnect).
Your marketplace, room and collaboration posts, and your messages.

What may be retained

We keep the minimum required by law or for fraud/abuse prevention (for example, records needed for a legal obligation), in anonymized or restricted form, and only for as long as necessary. Content you sent to others (e.g. a message they received) may remain in their copy.
